This week we’re trying something a bit different.
In October, Dunedin based novelist Laurence Fearnley; Kāpiti fiction and non-fiction writer, Tina Makereti; Kāpiti fiction writer Lawrence Patchett and Pip went on a tour of New Zealand southern towns, calling at Ōamaru, Dunedin, Gore, Te Anau and Wanaka. They read from new work and talked about – among other things – why they love writing, how they wrote their books, and what they’re working on now. The events were casual, friendly, and open to passionate readers and writers alike.
